Cisneros achieves best record of the year

XALAPA, Veracruz.- With the best mark of the season, Cuban Omar Cisneros won the gold medal in the 400 meter hurdles to give another medal to his delegation in the Central American and Caribbean Athletics.

The track of the Heriberto Jara Corona stadium, was silent witness to the best record of the year in the test. The time was 49:56 seconds, enough to leave in the second position Puerto Rican Eric Javier Alejandro, who stopped the clock at 50:05 seconds. Leslie Murray of Virgin Islands finished third totaling 50:21 seconds.
