Cuba reports 95 new Covid-19 cases, no deaths

Havana, Aug 10 (Prensa Latina) The Cuban Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) on Wednesday reported 95 new Covid-19 cases in the last few hours, including seven patients in intensive care units, and no deaths as a result of the disease.

Of all 438 active cases, 431 have a stable clinical evolution, while seven patients remain in intensive care units: six in a serious condition and one in a critical condition.

MINSAP added that 103 patients were discharged, so the total number of recovered cases rose to 1,100,051 and 1,109,077 cases have been reported since the outbreak of the pandemic in Cuba in March 2020.

According to the official report, the total death toll remains at 8,529
