International Congress Abogacia 2025 winds up in Cuba

The International Congress on Law, Abogacia 2025, is winding up in this capital on Friday with a plenary session in which renowned legal professionals will give three keynote lectures.
 
 
According to the event’s program, which started at Havana’s Conference Center on Wednesday, the 650 delegates will discuss the patrimonial profiles of affective union, a dissertation entrusted to expert Leonardo Perez Gallardo.

The following is the new legal regime of capacity, based on the amendments to the Cuban Civil Code, and the challenges of the substantive penal reform taking place in this nation, as described by doctors in law sciences, Caridad Valdes and Mayda Goite, in that order.

On Thursday, Abogacia 2025 unfolded an intense day of work in commissions, in which the experts’ debate was focused on civil, family, commercial, and administrative lawsuits and ethics.

The latter issue aroused great interest among the participants in Commission V: Law, Legal Thinking, and Ethical and Professional Protection, one of the interactive meetings due to its involvement in the work of the National Organization of Collective Law Firms (ONBC) in Cuba.
