High Anticipation for Major Cuban Music Concert in Peru
especiales

The Peruvian capital, one of the strongholds of Cuban music in the region, awaits with great expectation the upcoming performance of a constellation of stars of the genre arriving from the Caribbean island.
The event organizer, Palmeras Festival, announced a concert for December 7th featuring the group Alexander Abreu & Havana D’ Primera, along with other greats of the Cuban rhythm.
The presentation, which will last several hours, will bring together major figures of Cuban timba and salsa, such as Issac Delgado, Los Van Van, Alain Pérez, Manolín “El Médico de la Salsa,” Pedro Calvo, Charanga Habanera, Mayito Rivera, and Leo Vera.
This will be the first time in Peru that so many renowned artists in the genre of Cuban salsa and timba—of which Peruvians are great connoisseurs—are gathered together.
