Cuban President Stresses Performance of Private I.T. Company

As part of a working tour of economic entities in the capital Havana, Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel praised the performance and potential of software private company founded three years ago.

Under the corporation name “Dofleini,” the business is part of the emerging non-state sector, comprising micro, small and medium companies.

On his X account, Diaz-Canel referred to the projects implemented by the company, located in the Havana municipality of Playa. He wrote that he met with workers, many of them young people, and stressed the large potential of the company to contribute the development of I.T, in the country.

The head of state said Dofleini company is an example to follow by other initiatives in the technology sector as applies innovation and looks forward to having an impact on the local and international markets.

Main lines of work at the company include products of Artificial Intelligence, data analytics with high specialization. It also offers advice in I.T. and paves the way to other companies towards digital transition, according to a video posted on the X platform of the Cuban President.
