Cuban FM congratulates Dennis Francis as new UNGA chief

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez on Friday sent congratulations to Trinidad and Tobago Ambassador Dennis Francis on his election as President of the 78th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
On Twitter, the Cuban minister wished Francis success in his future work as UNGA President.
Bruno Rodríguez also assured Francis Cuba’s support, including from the G-77+China.
Francis was elected on Thursday as UNGA President for its next session, which will open forthcoming September.
