Cuba reports 21 new Covid-19 cases

Havana, Jun 15 (Prensa Latina) Cuban health authorities on Wednesday reported 21 new Covid-19 cases, a recurrent trend in recent days due to the control of the disease and the vaccination strategy with homegrown products.
Therefore, Cuba has reported 1,105,664 Covid-19 cases since the pandemic broke out in the country in March 2020.
The Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) reported no deaths and a total of 961 patients remain in hospitals: 40 under epidemiological surveillance; 825 are suspected cases and 96 are active patients.
In the past 24 hours, 17 medical discharges were granted and a total of 1,096,980 patients have recovered from the disease, MINSAP reported.
