Cuba reported 18 new Covid-19 cases, no deaths

Havana, Jun 5 (Prensa Latina) Cuba´s Public Health Ministry (MINSAP) on Monday reported 18 new cases of Covid-19 and no deaths.

According to MINSAP´s latest report, 21 patients were discharged from hospital, so the country´s overall recovery toll climbed to 1,105,637.

Since the beginning of the pandemic (in March 2020), as many as 1,114,360 people got infected with coronavirus.

MINSAP´s report stated there are no deaths so far, so Cuba´s total death toll remains at 8,530. One patient is being reported as seriously-ill in ICU.

90.8% of the Cuban population has been fully vaccinated and 8,744,156 people have received booster doses.
