Cuba Invites the World to Dance Salsa

The event Baila en Cuba 2025 calls on admirers of Cuban rhythms to participate in the 18th World Gathering of Dance Academies and Dancers in Havana.

A Celebration of Casino and Salsa
Dedicated to the popular Casino and Salsa styles, the event will take place from November 16 to 21, 2025, featuring renowned groups and promoters of these genres from various countries.

Sponsored by ARTEX, Artistic and Literary Promotions, the gathering will include both academic and practical activities such as master classes and dance couple competitions.

Workshops and Musical Performances
Workshops on Casino, Timba, Chachachá, Folklore, and Lady/Men Style will be held at the University of the Arts.

Among the top musical groups performing at the Salón Rosado de la Tropical “Benny Moré” in the Cuban capital are Adalberto Álvarez y su Son, Manolito Simonet y su Trabuco, Isaac Delgado y su Orquesta, and Maykel Blanco y su Salsa Mayor.
