Cuba declares work recess on January 3

Havana, Dec 14 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Prime Minister Manuel Marrero on Wednesday announced at the National Assembly of People´s Power (ANPP) a work recess on January 3.

“The Cuban people has been facing up several adverse situations including natural and health events,” Marrero said, while adding that society showed its resilience, firmness, and confidence, so this worl recess was approved.

On Wednesday, the deputies passed the law of the General District Attorney´s Office about the strict compliance with the legality and preservation of constitutional supremacy and the Livestock Promotion and Development Act.
