Yikoto Caribe, a company specializing in the import and marketing of Chinese food products and automobiles, is making its debut at the Expocaribe 2025 trade fair, held in Santiago de Cuba.

In an exclusive statement to the Cuban News Agency, Gilberto Gálvez, the company’s Commercial Manager, outlined Yikoto’s key objectives, including the establishment of a logistics hub in eastern Cuba. This strategic move would streamline the distribution of its products to new markets.

Gálvez emphasized that the company’s participation in Cuba’s second-largest trade fair marks a significant step in its expansion strategy across the island.

"Expocaribe represents a crucial milestone in Yikoto’s integration with regional dynamics, allowing us to bring our offerings closer to consumers in central and eastern Cuba," Gálvez stated.

With a well-established track record in importing and distributing essential goods and automotive technologies, Yikoto aims to expand its operations throughout the Caribbean nation. The company seeks to contribute to Cuba’s economic development, market diversification, and improved quality of life for its citizens.

Through this initiative, Yikoto is positioning itself as a key player in the regional market.

The 20th edition of this international trade fair has brought together dozens of domestic and foreign enterprises, aiming to strengthen commercial ties between Cuba and neighboring nations while promoting sustainable development initiatives.
