Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to President of the Council of State and the Council of Ministers of Cuba Raul Castro, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader. Alexander Lukashenko pointed out an open and active dialogue between Belarus and Cuba. “I am convinced that the enhancement of cooperation in trade, economy, culture, science, technology, and other industries fully meets the interests of our countries and nations,” the felicitation message reads.
