Es difícil entender que la Contraloria General no pueda haber detectado alguna evidencia y evitar un dano tan grande a la economía, todo delito tiene una trata.La seguridad del estado esta presente en esas ac tividades es como si se dijera se equivoco pero vamos a ver si mejora.
