Trump Delays Strikes on Iranian Power Plants

Trump amenaza con enviar agentes del ICE a los aeropuertos
President Donald Trump announced Monday that the United States has held positive and productive talks with Iran and that he would order the military to postpone for five days any strikes against Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure.
The decision came after Iran threatened to attack Israeli power plants and those supplying U.S. military bases throughout the Persian Gulf region should the United States move against Iran's electrical grid.
Trump said talks with Iran would continue throughout the week, making the announcement via a post on social media.
"I have ordered the Department of War to postpone any military strike against Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure for a period of five days, provided that the ongoing meetings and conversations continue to be successful," he wrote.
