The Iranian Red Crescent denounced today that the attacks by the United States and Israel against Iranian territory have impacted six thousand civilian locations in different areas of the country.

In a statement, the humanitarian organization specified that among the targets hit were five thousand five hundred thirty-five homes, in addition to one thousand forty-one commercial establishments.

The report also indicated that the bombings affected fourteen health centers, sixty-five schools, and thirteen facilities belonging to the Red Crescent itself.

According to the entity, numerous relief and rescue vehicles were damaged during the attacks, while several humanitarian workers and members of the organization sustained injuries.

In light of this situation, the Iranian Red Crescent urged international institutions, humanitarian organizations, and human rights advocates to adopt urgent and effective measures to guarantee the protection of civilians.

Since February 28, the United States and Israel have maintained a military offensive against Iran that has resulted in the deaths of hundreds of people, including Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and several senior security officials, according to reports.

In response, Tehran has launched missile and drone attacks against Israel and against U.S. interests in several Gulf countries and in Jordan.

Some of those attacks have caused deaths, injuries, and damage to civilian infrastructure, which has been condemned by several affected Arab countries that have demanded an end to the military escalation.
