Lance Reddick, star of The Wire, John Wick, dies at 60

Lance Reddick, a prolific actor who gained fame playing a police commander on the Baltimore crime drama “The Wire” and later had prominent roles in the “John Wick” movie franchise and the Amazon series “Bosch,” died at 60, according to media outlets.

Reddick also set appear in the prison series Oz, a fiction that was very well received in six seasons.

Many remember him as Matthew Abaddon in Lost series or for his iconic agent Phillip Broyles in Fringe, but none made him as well-known as his role in John Wick franchise.

Reddick, a native of Baltimore, was born in June 7, 1962 and appeared in more than a dozen films and shows during his 25-year acting career.
