Creo que más que por la lluvia es por no tener las condiciones el lugar ayer pasé por el mediodía y lo unico que habían hecho era pintar un poco los contenes, o ya se sabía la noticia o no habían hecho nada para preparar el lugar. En Septiembre tambien habrá días de lluvia, además no siempre lo que pronostica meteorología se cumple.
