New Film on King Kong Becomes Box-Office Hit

A new film on King Kong became a box-office hit in US movie theaters taking more than $61 million USD last weekend.

'Kong: Skull Island', starring Tom Hiddleston and Brie Larson, surpassed 'Logan', the most recent film starring Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, which is currently following Kong.

The story of 'Kong: Skull Island' is about a group of tourists, explorers and soldiers that travel to a mysterious island in the Pacific Ocean, which is not found on the maps, and without realizing they entered the territory controlled by Kong.

84 years ago, the first feature film on this giant gorilla was filmed in the United States and the viewers have liked it since then.
