Venezuela Asks UNESCO To Recognize Its Musical & Food Heritage

Cuba continues with a low incidence of Covid-19, registering only 11 new cases after 858 tests for the presence of SARS-Cov-2, the Public Health Ministry reported today.

At the end of Thursday, 60 patients were hospitalized, 26 suspected and 34 confirmed active, including one in serious condition and the rest with stable clinical evolution. No deaths were reported.

So far, the country has accumulated 14 million 336,757 samples tested for the disease and 1 million 112,818 positive.

The 11 cases confirmed in the last day (two men and nine women) were located in Havana, Matanzas, Holguin, Granma, Santiago de Cuba and Guantanamo.

At the end of March 29, 43 848 694 doses of the Cuban Soberana 02, Soberana Plus and Abdala vaccines had been administered in the country, which has allowed Cuba to maintain control of Covid-19 and prevent the appearance of high infection rates.
