Swiss Federal Councilor Ignazio Cassis to pay official visit to Cuba

Switzerland´s Federal Counselor for Foreign Affairs and Head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs Ignazio Cassis is planned to pay an official visit to Cuba, the Cuban Foreign Ministry (MINREX) announced Wednesday.
During his stay, April 8 to 11, Mr. Cassis will hold talks with Cuban authorities and conduct other activities of interest.
Cuba and Switzerland established diplomatic relations in 1902, and both nations have kept a long friendship and cooperation relation since 1918.
