President of Cuba congratulates Tin Cremata for Honoris Causa

Havana, Jul 22 (Prensa Latina) Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel today congratulated the director of the company La Colmenita, Carlos Alberto (Tin) Cremata, who received the title of Doctor Honoris Causa from the University of the Arts (ISA).

From his Twitter, the president stressed “Brother Tin, in the middle of the sessions of the National Assembly of People’s Power I got the news of your well-deserved Doctor Honoris Causa from the University of the Arts. Your art, your mastery, your love for children and for Cuba are an example for all of us. A big hug, we love you and we owe you a lot”.

The head of state also praised the work of the company La Colmenita and thanked Tin for his light and his Marti’s faith in human improvement”.

During the meeting, held at ISA, the renowned singer-songwriter Silvio Rodriguez praised Cremata’s merits and acknowledged his multiplication in different scenarios and countries, where he created children’s groups.

Meanwhile, the director of La Colmenita thanked professors, art ensembles, personalities and institutions present in his life, and the leaders of the Revolution Fidel and Raul Castro Ruz, “the ones most responsible for my studying at this university”.
