The Islazul hotel chain in Sancti Spíritus has completed its preparations to receive the high tourist season in Cuba, which will begin this November 15. The group has focused on attracting both national and international visitors and on consolidating its operations for the 2025-2026 winter season.
Pablo Osorio Sintra, director of the provincial branch, confirmed to the local radio station that the facilities located in Yaguajay, Trinidad, and Sancti Spíritus have the necessary conditions to offer personalized and quality service. The technical team reviewed and updated all operational documentation, including the technical files for each facility.
The chain's bars completed the review of the eleven classic cocktails of "Cuban mixology", ensuring their availability and quality. The supply of food and beverages is mostly guaranteed, allowing the chain to face the season with confidence.
Maintenance work covered pool areas, bathrooms, and common spaces. The staff worked on signage, painting the lobby, and exterior zones. Reception and service areas were also improved, with an emphasis on the overall image of each facility.
At the Zaza Hotel, actions were concentrated on the Media Luna area. Following a prior investment, offerings were expanded and construction work was executed to strengthen the location's infrastructure.
The Encanto hotels completed painting their lobbies and carried out improvements on the second level of the Hotel Plaza. These actions seek to project a renewed image from the "espirituana partnership", aligned with the current conditions of the sector.
The Islazul chain in Sancti Spíritus is ready to receive visitors with conditioned facilities and a strengthened tourist offer.
