The event, aimed at tour operators, travel agencies, and specialized media, seeks to rediscover Eastern Cuba as a comprehensive tourist destination, highlighting its cultural, historical, musical, and natural wealth.
A Journey Through Eastern Cuba
The program includes an itinerary across three key provinces: Santiago de Cuba, Holguín, and Camagüey.
November 17: VIP reception at José Martí International Airport in Havana and welcome dinner.
November 18: Travel to Santiago de Cuba to tour the group’s facilities and participate in the Caribbean Festival, a celebration that showcases Afro-Caribbean traditions.
November 19: Transfer to Holguín, with a prior visit to the Hotel Segundo Frente and a tour of Gibara, the “White Town” renowned for its colonial architecture and coastal landscapes.
November 20: Catamaran excursion in the Bay of Gibara and visit to Guardalavaca Beach, famous for its white sands and crystal-clear waters.
Camagüey (Closing): The final stage will focus on nautical tourism in this heritage city, noted for its labyrinthine streets and colonial squares.

Throughout the week, participants will experience firsthand the diversity of Eastern Cuba’s tourism offer: from beaches and nature to vibrant culture and local history.
With this event, Cubanacan reaffirms its role in promoting new circuits and experiences in Cuba, seeking to strengthen Eastern Cuba’s connectivity with major source markets.
