The 22-year-old’s grandmother, Cissy Houston, said in a radio interview that there is “not a great deal of hope” that Bobbi Kristina’s health situation will improve.

“She’s the same. (We’ve) moved her now to a place for rehabilitation,” Cissy Houston told New York-based WBLS radio. “You know, still not a great deal of hope. We’re praying.”

She said that only a “miracle” would enable her granddaughter to show signs of recovery.

Bobbi Kristina Brown has been in a medically-induced coma since she was found unconscious with her head submerged in her bathtub on Jan. 31.

The daughter of the singer and Bobby Brown was admitted to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, where she has remained for almost two months, although last week she was transferred to a rehabilitation center.

Whitney Houston died in February 2012 under similar circumstances. She was found in a bathtub in the Hotel Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles on the eve of the Grammy Awards ceremony.
