The event, with TV BRICS as its international media partner, was organized at the request of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Participants in the symposium will discuss global demographic trends and urbanization, strategies for international scientific and technological cooperation, and the digital space.

Speaking at the exhibition of the National Center “Regions-2030: Platform of the Future,” First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, Sergei Kiriyenko, emphasized the importance of regional development for the global dialogue of the future.

“It is important that a region can showcase not only its history but also its development prospects. This is of interest not only to the people of Russia but to the entire world. That is why, very soon, the National Center of Russia will bring together the vast majority of the world’s countries,” he said.

The symposium’s program is structured around three main pillars. The “Global Cooperation” track will focus on engagement with African nations and the Global South, analysis of humanitarian initiatives, and the search for shared values. In parallel, the symposium will also feature the “Society” and “Technologies” tracks, which will address cybersecurity and biotechnology.

The outcome of the symposium will be positive global development forecasts, open for debate. Contributing to their formulation will be government officials, scientists, technology leaders, representatives of the creative industries, and young specialists. For the first time, an open educational program will be organized for the general public.

The International Symposium “Creating the Future” serves as a key platform for developing positive scenarios for the advancement of civilization. The first symposium brought together more than 6,000 participants from 101 countries, including representatives of government, business, the scientific community, and the creative industries from BRICS, the SCO, and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
