Cuba and Colombia Affirm Strong Bilateral Relations

Cuba and Colombia reaffirmed the positive state of their bilateral relations today during a meeting between Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez and Colombia’s Acting Foreign Minister Rosa Yolanda Villavicencio.
Villavicencio is currently on a working visit to the Caribbean nation.
Minister Rodríguez expressed gratitude to the Colombian government for its condemnation of the United States' economic, commercial, and financial blockade, as well as for its objection to Cuba’s inclusion on the list of State Sponsors of Terrorism.
According to the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minister Rodríguez also reiterated Cuba’s commitment to supporting peace efforts in Colombia.
