According to the announcement, the event will open on July 19 at the main stage of the Hermitage Garden, where participants will present musical and dance performances, masterclasses, and interactive programs over the following two days.

The opening ceremony will be attended by representatives of the Moscow government and ambassadors from Latin American countries. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in dance masterclasses, including tango, salsa, bachata, kizomba, and rumba, as well as workshops on crafting jewelry, masks, hand-painted fans, and other traditional souvenirs.
