ICT Forum closes in Cuba

Participants in the 4th Forum of Entrepreneurs and Leaders in Information Technologies, Felti 2019, is closing on Friday after three days of sessions, with a key debate on improving software process services in Cuba.
Yoandi Lazo, consultant at the National Center for Quality Software (Calisoft), told Prensa Latina that the institution provides consultancy services on process improvement and evaluation to guarantee a good development of these software programs.
More than 250 scientists, technicians and government representatives as well as from international organizations from Canada, China, Colombia, Cuba, Spain, Mexico and Venezuela are participating in Felti 2019.
Based in the Melia Habana Hotel in this capital, the event is an essential tool to implement the transformations of the Cuban society, diversify economic relations abroad, identify business opportunities and possibilities to develop projects and exchange on the present and future of ICTs in Cuba.
During these days, participants in the forum have debated on Disruptive Technologies of Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality, Transfermovil and EnZona platforms, already applied in Cuba, and the experiences associated with government and e-commerce.
