Panama Soccer League Almost Ready  

The Panama Football League (LPF) is completing details for the next Torneo de Apertura (opening tournament) to begin next July 30 with the participation of ten teams.

According to the organizers in the opening match Sporting will meet SM and Atletico Veraguense next Friday. Next match San Francisco will meet Chorrillo FC.

The first date of the regular phase is completed by the meetings Arabe Unido vs. Tauro FC, Alianza FC vs. Chepo FC and Atletico Chiriqui vs. Plaza Amador.

For several weeks, the participating teams have been adjusting their respective players, with new hiring national and foreign players.

It also opened spaces for friendly matches, as the San Francisco and Tauro should meet next week with their first commitment in the CONCACAF Champions League.

San Francisco will meet next 27 Mexican team Cruz Azul, two times runner-up of that tournament. Tauro will meet Honduran team Marathon next 28, in both cases as hosts.
