Spain, Deserving Soccer World Cup Champion (+ FOTOS)

Though it reached its goal in a way different from what was expected, the Spanish soccer team was the well-deserved winner of the Soccer World Cup, South Africa 2010.
Though the majority of the accredited press agrees that Germany was the team that played best during the tournament, no one dares to object to the fairness of Spain's victory.
The team led by Vicente del Bosque demonstrated it was the steadiest, and the one that best assimilated its limitations, overcoming them and implementing a contingency plan.
At first everybody praised the team's technical quality and offensive style, but in practice, the hightest praise was for the defense and exceptional performance of goalkeeper Iker Casillas, who allowed only two goals.
In the final against the Netherlands, the team showed good mastery of the ball but inexplicable difficulties to score, making it the champion with the least goals ever in history, with eight.
